“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Shawn for many years before I started RCB Contracting, he has been a part of the business from the very beginning, whether it be advice, or an extra set of hands. Over the years, he has become someone I can count on at any given time, whether it’s framing a house, finish carpentry, or solving unexpected problems on site. What stands out most about Shawn is his reliability and the pride he takes in his work. He shows up when he says he will, puts in an honest day’s work, and consistently holds himself to a high standard. His attention to detail comes from years of experience, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I’ve come to value his advice and experience just as much as the work he provides. Beyond his skills, Shawn is someone I trust. I’m comfortable having him represent RCB Contracting on a job site when needed, working directly with my clients, and making decisions when I’m not there. That level of trust is something that is earned over time, and Shawn has certainly earned mine. I’m grateful to have had him alongside me as RCB Contracting has grown, and I look forward to continuing to work with him for many years to come. I’m proud to recommend Shawn and would have no hesitation sending work his way, knowing it will be handled with the same honesty, care, and quality that he has always brought to our projects."
